Teagan Appleby, from Aylesham in Kent, has been rushed to hospital at least once a week in the past couple of months because her fits have become worse and more frequent (pictured left in hospital). Her mother, Emma Appleby, 35, (pictured right with her daughter) says it is 'promising' that the UK Government will allow children to take medicinal cannabis oil and hopes it will help her daughter like it has others. Teagan (centre and inset) began suffering from seizures when she was four but as they have worsened she has lost the ability to move as well and struggles to eat by herself.
